This Policy governs all returns and refunds for products purchased through our website, www.zpclothings.com (“Site”). Please read this Policy carefully before making a purchase, as it is an integral part of your agreement with us. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms herein. This Policy is specifically designed for our e-commerce operations and reflects our commitment to clear and fair customer service practices.

2. Our Core Principle: Refunds Are Only Issued Upon Physical Return of the Product

A fundamental and non-negotiable rule of our policy is: ‌We do not offer “refund only” or “partial refund without return” arrangements. A refund is issued exclusively after we have received the returned item(s) in our facility and verified that they meet our Return Conditions (outlined in Section 4).‌ Any request for a refund must be accompanied by the physical return of the product. This policy is in place to protect our business from fraudulent claims and to ensure a consistent and fair process for all customers.

3. Returns Eligibility Window

You have ‌14 calendar days‌ from the date you receive your item(s) to initiate a return request through our designated process. After this period, we regret that we cannot accept returns or process refunds unless the item is faulty or not as described. To start a return, you must contact us within this 14-day window.

4. Return Conditions & Non-Returnable Items

For a return to be accepted, the item must meet all the following conditions:

  • Unworn, Unused, and Unwashed:‌ The item must be in its original, brand-new condition. It must not show any signs of wear, odor, makeup, deodorant, or perfume.
  • Original Tags Attached:‌ All original manufacturer tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and securely attached to the garment.
  • Original Packaging:‌ The item should be returned in its original product packaging (e.g., polybag, box) whenever possible.
  • No Damage:‌ The item must be free from any stains, tears, scuffs, or alterations.
  • Proof of Purchase:‌ A valid order number or receipt is required.

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Heavily Discounted” on the product page or receipt.
  • Swimwear, lingerie, and bodysuits (for hygiene reasons, unless faulty).
  • Socks, tights, and underwear (for hygiene reasons, unless faulty).
  • Personalized, customized, or monogrammed items.
  • Items that have been damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or improper care after delivery.
  • Gift cards.

5. Step-by-Step Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps exactly:

Step 1: Request a Return Authorization (RA)
Contact our customer service team ‌within 14 days of delivery‌ via email at ‌heredproof@zpclothings.com‌ or by phone at ‌+1 (902) 627-2958‌. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. ‌Do not ship any items back before receiving a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from us.‌ Returns received without a valid RAN will be refused or returned to sender at your cost.

Step 2: Package the Item Securely
Once you receive your RAN and return shipping instructions, carefully pack the item(s) in a secure shipping box or envelope, using the original packaging if available. ‌Important: We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.

Step 3: Ship the Package & Pay for Return Shipping
Ship the package to the address we provide with your RAN instructions.

  • Return Shipping Costs:‌ Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
  • We do not provide pre-paid return labels for standard change-of-mind returns.‌ You must arrange and pay for the return postage.

Step 4: Our Receipt & Inspection
Upon receiving your return at our facility ‌(90 Gold River Road, Chester Basin, NS B0J 1K0, Canada)‌, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet all Return Conditions (Section 4). This process typically takes ‌3-5 business days‌ after receipt.

Step 5: Refund Processing

  • Approved Returns:‌ Once the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the ‌original payment method‌ used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take ‌5-10 business days‌ for the refund to be reflected in your account. The refunded amount will be for the ‌product price only‌. Original shipping charges and any import duties are non-refundable.
  • Declined Returns:‌ If the returned item does not meet our conditions, it will be shipped back to you at your expense, and no refund will be issued. We will notify you if this occurs.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or color, you must follow the standard return process for a refund and then place a new order for the desired item on our Site.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect (not what you ordered), please contact us ‌within 48 hours of delivery‌. Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue. In such cases, we will cover all return shipping costs and, upon confirmation of the error, offer you a choice of a full refund (including original shipping) or a replacement (if stock is available).
