To initiate a return, please follow these steps exactly:
Step 1: Request a Return Authorization (RA)
Contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery via email at heredproof@zpclothings.com or by phone at +1 (902) 627-2958. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Do not ship any items back before receiving a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from us. Returns received without a valid RAN will be refused or returned to sender at your cost.
Step 2: Package the Item Securely
Once you receive your RAN and return shipping instructions, carefully pack the item(s) in a secure shipping box or envelope, using the original packaging if available. Important: We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.
Step 3: Ship the Package & Pay for Return Shipping
Ship the package to the address we provide with your RAN instructions.
Step 4: Our Receipt & Inspection
Upon receiving your return at our facility (90 Gold River Road, Chester Basin, NS B0J 1K0, Canada), we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet all Return Conditions (Section 4). This process typically takes 3-5 business days after receipt.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect (not what you ordered), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue. In such cases, we will cover all return shipping costs and, upon confirmation of the error, offer you a choice of a full refund (including original shipping) or a replacement (if stock is available).
